These words are used to describe the services provided. Please read all terms completely to get a thorough interpretation of each description.

Assigned Driver - The motorist/official representative of Quruz with the occupation of a designated driver. Transports each Assigned Passenger to their requested destination(s) preferred by Assigned Passenger’s scheduled requested Trip Service Plan, or Shuttle Service Plan.
Assigned Passenger - The client requesting a ride from Assigned Driver for transportation from a starting location to scheduled requested destination(s).

Assigned Recipient - The client requesting service for Assigned Driver to transport an item from one location to another location.
​
Service Vehicle - The mobile transportation source Assigned Drivers will use to complete client's plan.
Trip Service - A plan with the seat capacity of one Assigned Driver and one Assigned Passenger in the service vehicle.

Shuttle Service - A plan with the seat capacity of one Assigned Driver and multiple Assigned Passengers in the service vehicle.
Trip Service/Shuttle Service Pass Form - The document clients/Assigned Passengers must complete before any requested Assigned Driver is designated to complete any Trip Service/Shuttle Service requested.

Trip Service/Shuttle Service Plan - Assigned Passenger's specified request on the Trip Service/Shuttle Service Pass Form for transportation from one location to another. (Round Trips are optional.)

Trip Service/Shuttle Service Pass - Gives passengers access to receive transportation based on a set destination, distance radius, price, and scheduled time an Assigned Passenger request from the available Assigned Driver before any transportation process is complete. (Round Trips are optional.)
Set Transportation Rate - The exact price for each service pass. (Additional charges may apply.)
Starting Location - The current first point on GPS where a client has scheduled transportation from a point on GPS to a requested destination on GPS.

Requested Destination - The location on GPS a client schedules to be transported to.
Current Transportation Rate - The fare price if a fee is added to the set transportation rate during traveling to locations within a client's service plan.
Pick-up Time - The scheduled time a client request for Assigned Driver to begin services for their plan.
Early Pick-up Listings - Displays the predicted amount of extra minutes the available driver would need to ensure every passenger arrive at their requested destination(s) at an appropriate time.
Round Trip - Assigned Passenger has the option to schedule Assigned Driver to drop them off at a requested destination, then come back to Assigned Passenger’s current requested destination a later time to transport Assigned Passenger back to the starting location.
Current Requested Location - The point on GPS where Assigned Driver has dropped off Assigned Passenger or their merchandise based on their request.
Current Transportation Location - The point on GPS where Assigned Driver with Assigned Passenger or their merchandise in their service vehicle is currently located.
Distance Radius - The range Assigned Driver has to travel to complete a client's request; from a client's starting location to any of their requested destinations.

First Requested Destination - The point on GPS where a client schedules service for Assigned Driver to travel; from a client's starting location to a requested destination.
Next Requested Destination - The point on GPS where a client schedules service from one requested destination to a different destination.
Last Requested Destination - The point on GPS where Assigned Driver is scheduled to travel to complete the service.
Additional Requested Destination - A requested transportation to another destination other than what a client's requested service plan entails.
Substitute Driver - An Assigned Driver that replaces a different Assigned Driver. Example: If Assigned Passenger wants a different driver to transport them to their remaining scheduled requested destination(s) the Substitute Driver replaces Assigned Driver and proceeds transportation for Assigned Passenger’s Trip Service/Shuttle Service Plan. If Assigned Driver is unable to complete Assigned Passenger’s Trip Service/Shuttle Service Plan for any reason, the Assigned Driver or Quruz arranges a Substitute Driver to pick up Assigned Passenger at their current requested location, then proceed transportation to Assigned Passenger’s next requested destination(s) until the trip is complete.

Pass Terms - The duration each pass is valid for.
​
Contract Term - Contract Terms are used to generate a total profit based on the amount of days drivers are willing to transport passengers.

Free Service Pass - A reward to waiver the set transportation rate on a client's next scheduled Delivery Service Pass. (Round Trip included.)

Daily Service Pass - A client pays a set transportation rate to preferably use a Daily Service Pass, which arranges an Assigned Driver to complete their requested plan; starting either on the current day, or any time within 365 days after the purchase date. (Additional charges apply for Round Trips.)
Three Services Pass - A client pays a set transportation rate to preferably use 1 of 3 Three Services Pass, which arranges an Assigned Driver to complete their requested plan; starting either on the current day, or any time within 365 days after the purchase date. (Additional charges apply for Round Trips.)
Five Services Pass - A client pays a set transportation rate to preferably use 1 of 5 Five Services Pass, which arranges an Assigned Driver to complete their requested plan; starting either on the current day, or any time within 365 days after the purchase date. (Additional charges apply for Round Trips.)
Seven Services Pass - A client pays a set transportation rate to preferably use 1 of 7 Seven Services Pass, which arranges an Assigned Driver to complete their requested plan; starting either on the current day, or any time within 365 days after the purchase date. (Additional charges apply for Round Trips.)
Weekly Service Pass - A client pays a set transportation rate to preferably use 1 of 7 Weekly Service Pass, which gives a client access to receive seven - fourteen services within 7 consecutive days; starting either on the current day, or any time after the first service. (Additional charges apply for Round Trips.)
Biweekly Service Pass - A client pays a set transportation rate to preferably use 1 of 14 Biweekly Service Pass, which gives a client access to receive fourteen - twenty-eight services within 14 consecutive days; starting either on the current day, or any time after the first service. (Additional charges apply for Round Trips.)
Monthly Service Pass - A client pays a set transportation rate to preferably use 1 of 31 Monthly Service Pass, which gives a client access to receive thirty-one - sixty-two services within 31 consecutive days; starting either on the current day, or any time after the first service. (Additional charges apply for Round Trips.)
