Do your best to be on time for the service request, drivers may have other passengers waiting.

Respect the driver's and other passenger's choice of music. Do not ask the driver to play any offensive, or negative songs/audio.​ You could preferably listen to specified content through your headphones.

If you are traveling with a passenger that falls asleep or is unconscious, do not touch them, shake them, or use physical resolutions to get their response; it may cause afflictions. Try making a loud sound, or audio for their attention. If that does not work, call the nearest emergency officials to assist you. Then share the situation with Quruz immediately. ​​​​
