Ride Service Process

First Step

Request The Pass

Assigned Passenger must complete a Service Pass Form to request an Assigned Driver.

​The Assigned Driver is aware of the scheduled time, location, and set transportation rate preferred following each specified request of the pass. â€‹â€‹

Second Step

Wait For Approval

The available driver approves the pass before they are assigned to passengers.

 

request for an early pick-up time may be sent for Shuttle Services.

Service Process

Assigned Driver will transport Assigned Passenger from their starting location to any destination following each option of their request.

Assigned driver can drop off Assigned Passenger at their requested destination to complete the service.

Option B:

Assigned Driver can drop off Assigned Passenger and return at a later time (or Substitute Assigned Driver would come back) to continue the service.

When Assigned Passenger finishes their occupancy at the first requested destination location and has returned into Assigned Driver’s/Substitute Driver’s vehicle, the present driver would continue the service.

*After Assigned Passenger finishes their occupancy at the starting location and has returned into Assigned Driver’s/Substitute Driver’s vehicle, the present driver would then transport Assigned Passenger to their second destination.
